Why we love it

Not required, but a game-changer if you bake weekly. Enriched doughs with butter and eggs benefit from consistent, thorough kneading.

Ateco Stainless Steel Cutter
Cut your rolls evenly, every time!
Why we love it: One of the most-discussed tools in the group. A wheel cutter slices through filled dough without squishing the spiral flat the way a knife or floss can drag it, so the last roll looks as good as the first.

J.K. Adams Rolling Pin
Roll dough to an even thickness for uniform swirls.
Why we love it: Uneven dough is why some rolls in the pan come out doughy while others dry out. A straight, solid maple pin makes it far easier to roll a true even rectangle, so every swirl proofs and bakes at the same rate.

KitchenAid Artisan Tilt-Head Mixer (KSM150PS)
The classic tilt-head stand mixer with a mess-free ingredient shield.
Why we love it: A tilt-head makes it easy to scrape the bowl and swap attachments. A solid, familiar choice for home batches of cinnamon roll dough.
